Integrated Language Solutions is not a post office. We are a translation company. Not a company of managers, but a company of linguists. Just to clarify: we surely have managers and a pool of freelancers, who are proven experts, and a big e-mailing effort is taken every day, but we do not just send the e-mails back and forth, we create the value. And the value that makes the difference is created in-house. Our key to success is efficiency. When you receive a response to a linguistic query immediately this is because your contact person is actually a linguist who can make the final judgment. That is why our responses are fast and consistent.
I have heard opinions of how a company can fail when they suddenly lose the best freelancer who worked on a certain account. This is something that never happens in ILS. We do not have such dependency. Though our approach to assignment is conservative, the selection process to ensure redundancy never stops.

PROJECT MANAGER’S TOP 5 WORRIES
When you outsource with ILS, the answers to all of these questions is “Yes”. If the turn-around time is not feasible you will be notified before the start of the project, and you will always get the alternative proposal at once.
Does that mean we never face a force-majeure? Force-majeure is always behind anyone's control. To be honest, Internet or power black-out may happen last minute before deadline even in Moscow. However, most of these situations can be managed before the schedule is affected. Our team resides in different cities, and each team member has access to everyone’s email account. This keeps communication flowing even if someone has lost connection. We will never disappear from you radar and you will stay informed of what’s going on.
Are your translations flawless? As an honest professional I will tell you the truth. Flawless translations do not exist. Each time I receive feedback like “It's perfect” or “No errors were found” I know the reviewer was not attentive enough. As a QA reviewer, I do reviews for our customers every week, and in 10 years it happened only once – I could not find a single real error in a reviewed sample, I made only 4 preferential comments.
Every translation contains a certain number of flaws. What makes the difference, is the nature and the number of errors. Human factor that can never be eliminated is the only source of error in our translations, and the occurrence rate is low enough to meet or exceed the quality expectations for a premium quality. The errors can never be attributed to negligence or incompetence. The premium quality is defined by the industry-wide criteria, which include certain error tolerances. In 2014, we completed 2380 translation projects (of various size, with an overall total WWC of 6M words) and the percentage of complaints was 0.08 (2 incidents). Our customer retention rate is 99.80%. Professional MLV teams who have once cooperated with us want to use our services on regular basis. We are highly available, competent and committed to quality and customer satisfaction.
Are you available on holidays and weekends? Public holidays in Russia and in Europe are not in sync, but we make sure to provide support even during the holidays. Usually, there is someone on duty to launch the tasks or make the prescheduled deliveries.
